A kind Customer suggested to me this game to be played with the Tactical light:
Flashlight tag, also called "Army Tag", "Spotlight" and "German Spotlight"
is a game played at night.
Rather than physically "tagging" (that is akin to like playing catching in local Singaporean term), the 'Catcher' player tags by shining a flashlight beam on other players.
The 'Catcher' player is required to correctly call out the name of the person being tagged while the light shines on them.
When a caught player becomes the new 'Catcher',
while others are played "Police and Thief" style, when a caught player is sent to 'jail' and must be rescued to return to the field of play.
He used it on his son's birthday party as a way of training his son's memory by remembering his friends' name.
